Purple Mist Quartz Small Cluster

From Arkansas, "Purple Mist Quartz" is an aura quartz that has been changed to a beautiful warm purple color with occasional iridescent flashes. Processes like vapor deposition or electroplating are used to combine natural quartz with other natural metals to permanently bond their chemical structures. The purple coloring is permanent, unlike dyes or some heat treatments. Each cluster is different from one another, and can be one or more larger crystals, or a plate-like cluster of many small crystals.

There are many price points and sizes available. The smallest crystals are approximately 1.5" x 0.5", and will vary in size up to the largest crystals at approximately 2.5" x 2.5".

Pictured are examples of various sizes.
